RESEARCH ADVISORY BOARD
The Institute of Coaching’s Center for Research benefits from the skilled contributions of our Research Advisory Board (RAB), eminent coaches and researchers who advocate for and support coaching-related research.
The RAB is made up of coaching professionals who are experienced researchers, educators, and authors of original coaching-related research. They assess the quality of grant applications and meet regularly to advise the IOC on its strategic direction in support of coaching research.

Carol Kauffman PhD, ABPP, PCC, RAB Co-Chair
Carol Kauffman is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Harvard Medical School, Department of Psychiatry. Carol is a 30-year veteran psychologist at McLean Hospital and an ICF Professional Certified Coach. She is the Chief Supervisor for Meyler Campbell Ltd., a business coaching program based in London. Susan David PhD, RAB Co-Chair
Founder of Evidence Based Psychology, Susan David is a business psychologist who is known internationally for her research, training programs, and keynote speaking. Linda Page PhD
Linda Page holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University and a MA in Counseling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. In 1998, she founded Adler International Learning, an ICF accredited coach training organization. MORE

Reinhard Stelter PhD
Reinhard Stelter holds a PhD in psychology from the University of Copenhagen and is Professor of Sport and Coaching Psychology at the University of Copenhagen and head of the Coaching Psychology Unit at the Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences.
