The Center for Education is spreading the word - information and knowledge - on coaching research, evidence-based best practices of coaching research, and evidence-based coaching practices.
Our seminal event is the annual McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School Coaching In Medicine & Leadership Conference.
Our audience reaches beyond professional coaches to other professionals who can benefit from learning basic coaching skills to improve performance and impact, including healthcare professionals, HR professionals, financial planners, corporate leaders, managers, educators, lawyers, and others.
The Center's goal is also to help coaches and other professionals understand science-based mechanisms of coaching and how they are distinct from other support strategies such as training, mentoring, therapy, and counseling.
We also aim to teach basic coaching skills in healthcare and leadership.
