The Center for Coaching in Leadership is building the field of leadership and executive coaching by facilitating research on best practices and educating others about leadership and executive coaching.
Leadership coaches throughout the world, whether in government, NGOs, or business, have great influence on how we live and work, on our health, and on the preservation of our natural resources and environment. Coaching skills play an integral part in leaders’ ability to unearth human potential, guide learning, and help their teams envision a better future. These skills also play a critical role in developing and supporting those who run organizations.
