It is well documented that a diverse workforce is very critical to overall performance, productivity, and profitability. Yet, there is an area of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) that is often overlooked, but extremely valuable.

And that is AGE.

Also for the first time in history, there are now up to as many as five generations in today’s workforce. Every age cohort, from the “emerging" professional, to the “experienced-rich” leader, has a quiver of unique perspectives and insights that can contribute to the collective success of organizations. Which is why "mutual mentoring" relationships are so powerful.

During this session, Adrion will outline how the last forgotten “ism” (ageism) is unfortunately affecting many professionals across ALL generations. And why having an age inclusive approach is so invaluable to maximizing your impact as coaches — especially for this post pandemic moment of the "Great Resignation/Reshuffle."

This is a public webinar.
