Famous for her incisive interviews, Diane will invite us into her extensive “rolodex” of friends and “introduce” us to the business leaders she knows. Her interviews will include questions such as:  What do corporate leaders value about coaching?  What are they looking for?
• Coaching in Healthcare with Coach Meg. A leader in healthcare coaching, Margaret Moore will offer podcasts with leading professionals in the field.
• Executive and Leadership Coaching. Dr. Susan David will interview key figures in emotional intelligence and offer webinars in emotional intelligence and leadership.
• Full interviews with our conference speakers, including David Cooperrider, developer of Appreciative Inquiry. David’s presentation and others from the Harvard Coaching Conference are available in streaming video.

Coaching Demonstrations

Our coaching demonstrations will help you see coaching skills in action and learn the answers to important coaching questions. For example:

It works in practice, but will it work in theory?

We’ve heard the reverse of this question many times – but now for something different. In our podcasts, you can hear (or see) live coaching sessions. Our coaches will describe the theory and evidence-based thinking behind the interventions they offer. First up are David Peterson and Margaret Moore offering executive and health coaching demonstrations and describing the scientific foundations behind their actions.

It works in research, but how do I use these ideas to build best practices, increase performance, or market my coaching practice in my day-to-day life?

Our goal is to inspire, fund, and conduct purposeful, meaningful research. We believe that theory and research provide much needed “legs” for the practice of coaching. By interviewing researchers and hosting lively interactive exchanges among coaches, interviewer, and guests, we will help you translate this science-ese into helpful sound bites and useful interventions.

Founding Fellows receive all benefits listed plus an individual Founding Fellow Institute of Coaching "thank you" page containing a photograph, personal contact information, and detailed biography; they also receive a personalized membership certificate suitable for framing.

Founding Fellows can also submit their papers to be featured on the Institute’s website and get added educational and networking benefits including:

Terms of Membership

• Memberships run annually from September 1 to August 31.
