Lisa Boyce PhD

Dr. Lisa Boyce is a Colonel in the United States Air Force, currently supporting cyber training and integrating advanced tactics, technologies, and tools for the 318th Information Operations Group as their Senior Reservist and Commander's Individual Mobilization Advisor. Her most recent assignments were as the Reserve Scientist and Deputy Site Commander at the European Office of Aerospace Research and Development in London and the Director of Behavioral Science Technology Applications at the United States Air Force Academy.

Colonel Boyce has over 20 years of Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology research, teaching, consulting, and coaching experience for the United States and Australian militaries as well as private and non-profit organizations. With over sixty peer-reviewed publications and presentations, Lisa's coaching relevant books include SIOP Professional Practice Series, Advancing Executive Coaching: Setting the Course for Successful Leadership Coaching and Center for Creative Leadership's, The Leadership Coaching Sourcebook: A Guide to the Executive Coaching Literature.

Lisa earned her Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from George Mason University, M.S. in I/O Psychology from St. Mary's University, B.S. in Behavioral Science from the United States Air Force Academy and was the recipient of the 2004 Center for Creative Leadership Kenneth Clark Award and 2005 SIOP Rains Wallace Award for her research on leadership development. Memberships include Academy of Management, American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Society of Military Psychology as well as Journal of Business and Psychology and The Journal for the Study and Integration of Character & Leadership editorial boards.
