As a consultant, coach, therapist, educator, author and presenter, Alan R. Graham has over two decades of experience helping thousands of individuals, families and organizations navigate life`s challenges, and gain the tools they need to manage emotional and business issues. Uniquely trained in business, education and psychology, Dr. Graham obtained his Ph.D. at Northwestern University and completed his training at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Graham is a graduate of the MentorCoach training program and is the Dean of the ADHD Coaching Program at MentorCoach.

Dr. Graham`s experience has included working with individuals, families and organizations in a variety of settings. He has consulted to many large and small organizations including Deloitte Consulting, Abbott Labs, Leo Burnett, Wrigley, Vanguard, LaSalle Network, and Magellan Behavioral Health. He also held the position of adjunct professor at the University of Illinois School of Medicine and at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. With Dr. Bill Benninger, Dr. Graham created ADDvisor.com, a coaching organization for individuals with ADHD and their families. He is certified by, and on the board of, the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) as a Master Certified ADHD Coach (MCAC).

As a way of sharing his skills and experience, Dr. Graham has served as the chair of the steering committee for the American Psychological Association Psychology in the Workplace Network (PWN) and is a member of the Illinois Psychological Association Business and Organizational Consulting Section. Dr. Graham is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, Dr. Graham is a Founding Fellow of the Harvard Medical School Institute of Coaching Professional Association.

Recognized for his work by peers and clients alike, he presents and writes on psychological, positive psychology, ADHD, child and family, and business issues throughout the United States. He has co-authored a book, Lemonade, The Leader’s Guide to Resilience at Work (2012) and has created the Resilience at Work Assessment (RAW-A), an assessment that has been taken by close to 2000 leaders.
