Anna Maria Casas Rudbeck

Anna Maria partners with individuals and organizations to develop and implement positive and sustainable leadership and change initiatives. With more than 27 years of professional experience she combines her highly-refined leadership and coaching skills with her international business experience to thoroughly understand her clients’ challenges and work with them to design and apply tailored, high impact and transformational programs.

Anna Maria has worked with executives and leadership teams within organizations such as L’ORÉAL, Clarisonic, Intel, McAfee, Adidas, Rolls Royce, Brenntag, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory, and Lafarge. She supports her clients in the development and strengthening of strategic leadership skills, international leadership transitions, communication skills and achievement of organizational goals.

Prior to becoming a coach, Anna Maria held general management and CFO roles throughout Europe for Ascom, Nike and Sage. She demonstrated a unique ability to engage people in significant change management initiatives that enabled the strategic repositioning of the organization and increased organizational effectiveness. Anna Maria facilitated the companies’ transformation by visualizing and implementing innovative finance and human resources systems and approaches, coaching the leadership team and engineering a culture shift.   

Anna Maria holds a B.S. in Business Administration from City University in Switzerland. She is committed to life-long learning and to continuously developing her own leadership skills. Among others, she has attended Executive Development programs at Stanford University focused on Change Management and Negotiation skills; Leadership Development at the Centre for Creative Leadership; Co-Active coaching at The Coaches Training Institute; Executive Personality Dynamics at the International Gestalt Institute; and Neuro-Linguistic Programming at the DVNLP in Germany.  She is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessments, the 360° Social and Emotional Competency Inventory (ESCI), the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Conflict Dynamics Profile, and the Change Style Indicator.  Anna Maria is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Swedish.

In her former role as a Board member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) in Germany, Anna Maria actively promoted the coaching field in Europe.
