Eileen Coskey Fracchia founded El Camino Group, with the goal of providing leaders with strengths-based insights, tools, and encouragement to lead more effectively -- accelerating their individual, team, and organizational performance by unleashing the brilliance in themselves and those they lead and serve. With decades of leadership and management experience, Eileen specializes in strategic and organizational effectiveness planning, executive and professional coaching, organizational and business consulting, business efficacy, and the design and delivery of customized learning solutions.
The El Camino Group serves a broad spectrum of clients that are emerging and tenured retail and commercial businesses, in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors including: Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Cathay Bank, Neutrogena, Reyes Beverage Group, Russell Investments, LMU, USC, Project Angel Food and through The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC), where Eileen formerly held the position of Chief Learning Officer and Executive Vice President, she continues to serve clients including Facebook, Accenture, Quora, Survey Monkey and Indeed.
Eileen’s “first career” was in banking. She spent more than two decades as a senior leader at Wells Fargo, and held multiple positions in line, staff, and group management. As Senior Vice President and Head of West Coast Regional Development, Eileen managed Strategic, Organizational, Talent, (Leader and Team Member) and Customer development in support of 50,000+ team members. She successfully navigated regional and enterprise strategic teams through 4 mergers and acquisitions.
A recognized speaker, Eileen has presented at numerous companies’ meetings and industry conferences. Her signature topics include: Leading through Change; Team Member Development and Engagement; Women in Leadership; The Art of Coaching Coaches; Finding Your Way Forward from Cancer and other Life-Changing Events and most recently The Leadership Movement.
Eileen holds a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from the University Of San Diego Graduate School Of Business, is a part-time faculty member in Loyola Marymount University’s Executive MBA program (facilitating Professional Growth Planning and Leadership), and guest speaker at the USC Price School of Public Policy. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, a Founding Fellow and West Coast Roundtable Lead Host of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), a Harvard Medical School Affiliate. Eileen holds her coach certification through the International Coach Federation.
Eileen is very active in the L.A. community. She has served as chair of the Women’s Leadership Network and Woman to Woman Annual Conference, Fast Pitch Coach and Partner through Social Venture Partners, Vice President of the Jewish Vocational Services Board, Board Member of the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation and consults with administrators and clinicians at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, to name a few.
Eileen and her husband, Don, are the very proud parents of Jamie (the banker), Anthony (the store manager) and Jason (the COO/Co-founder of a start-up).
