Eileen Coskey Fracchia is the Founder and CEO of El Camino Group (ECG), LLC. – a certified National Women’s Business Enterprise, specializing in strength-based leadership - supporting the growth and development of leaders, teams, and organizations. ECG contracts with multiple certified, experienced, and talented Executive Coaches, Consultants and Facilitators to design, deliver and support client engagements. Clients come from a broad spectrum of industries in both the profit and non-profit sectors and varying levels of organizational maturity.

Beyond her work as a coaching expert and business consultant, Eileen is a Founding Fellow and Strategic Advisor of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), and a contributing author of the IOC coaching report “Leading with Humanity: The Future of Leadership and Coaching”. She has served as an Associate Professor of Loyola Marymount University’s Executive MBA program; is an Advisory Board member for the Women in Leadership Executive Education Program at Cal Poly Pomona and has been a guest lecturer/speaker at numerous universities, corporate and industry events. In addition, Eileen is a Core Group Guide (Coach and Facilitator) for Chief (a private network for women leaders – founded to drive women forward into positions of power – and keep them there.), facilitating and coaching CXL women executives.

Eileen presents at numerous conferences and events. Keynote speeches and /or facilitated training sessions topics may include Leading through Change, Building Strong and Collaborative Teams, Women in Leadership, Creating Inclusive and Appreciative Environments, Organizational and Leadership Efficacy, Humanity on Set, Finding Your Way Forward (from Cancer), The Power of Strengths, Finding Your Professional Sweet Spot, Choose to be Great, as well as, a plethora of client-specific content including from her best-selling anthology book: The Great LeadHERship Awakening, 2023.

Prior to founding El Camino Group, Eileen’s ‘first career’ was as a successful business senior executive in the banking industry for over 25 years. Subsequently, Eileen held the role of EVP/Chief Learning Officer at a major leadership and development consulting company, which created the path into a ‘second career’ as Founder and CEO, consultant, and International Coaching Federation certified executive coach.

Eileen received her Master of Science degree in Business and Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. She is highly active and regarded as a community leader. She is dedicated to using her skills and experiences to help others in need through her work as: co-founder of the Women’s Leadership Network, member of the Boards of Directors for JVS-SoCal and UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation.

Eileen and her husband Don live in Los Angeles along with their 2 dogs and are fortunate to have their children and grandson living close by.

When she is not consulting, coaching clients, advising, angel investing, volunteering or public speaking, Eileen can be found looking for an ocean view and spending time with family and friends - golfing, cooking, traveling and most of all...being a student of life!
