Creating human-centred leaders that orchestrate engaged, purposeful organizations is Kevin's "why"; his education, expertise, curiosity and passion make him uniquely capable of doing just that.

Through decades of experience leading Fortune 500 companies, startups, sports teams and in board roles, Kevin knows firsthand the impact leadership has on people, organizations and business results. Witnessing a crisis in modern-day leadership and seeking a broader impact, Kevin transitioned to amplifying the development of strong leaders across many sectors through coaching. Coaching leaders who build consistently high-performing and resilient organizations.

A hallmark of high-performing organizations is innovation. Kevin's early education and experience in Industrial Design seeded the creative tools, processes, and communication mechanisms that drive and foster an innovative mindset. He instils this approach into his coaching clients for transformative change.

Kevin has held executive roles at Fortune 500 vanguard technology companies Adobe Systems, Alias and Autodesk, leading America's wide organizations to transform industries using disruptive technology. He created worldwide strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, and has had CEO roles and consulted at multiple technology startups.

As the principal of Launch Centre Inc., Kevin has been coaching individuals and teams to create engaged and inspired high-performing organizations for over a decade. Often referred to as a "Swiss Army knife," Kevin utilizes his unique and diverse suite of tools, expertise, processes, technologies and communication styles to support the coaching process. A performance element of this is his national coaching certification in sailing and a lifelong love of the sport, which influences and supports his creative, dynamic coaching style. Kevin believes work should be fun, and there are few business or leadership challenges that Kevin can't utilize a sailing metaphor to illustrate!

He also consults across a broad range of business tenets, including customer-centric practices, Sales Enablement, Operations, Marketing, designing effective workplaces and exploiting technology to drive improved customer and employee experiences and results.

Kevin trained as an Executive Coach at Adler/OISE, University of Toronto. He is a qualified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence with the Six Seconds organization, a VIA Character Strengths practitioner, ASIST certified (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), and a past instructor of Managerial GRID. With a formal education in Industrial Design from OCAD University, Toronto, Kevin has lectured on creativity and innovation at international design schools and was a guest faculty member at Rotman Design Work - Strategy Innovation Lab, University of Toronto. Board experience includes Board of Directors, Smart Toronto, A Ted Rogers Initiative, Founding Advisory Council Member, Canadian Film Centre, Advisory Council, Banff Centre of Design and Board of Directors, Harbourfront Toronto.
