Hetty Brand-Boswijk holds an Associate Degree in International Management, the Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the Certified NeuroTransformational Coach (CNTC) designation from BEabove Leadership as well as being a Certified Neuroscience and Effectiveness Trainer. She is also a Certified Relational Trauma Coach (CRTC) and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Furthermore, she is recognized by the ICF as a Global Subject Matter Expert in Team Coaching.
As Director of Coaching/Lead Coach at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam (RSM), her expertise is called upon to advise on the development of Leadership and Team/Group Coaching Programmes. Her specialisation is developing programmes to advance dynamic team success and to assist individuals to share challenges and best practices in service of their own and each other’s developmental goals.
She has extensive experience in working with individual clients around the globe focused on identifying limiting personal, business and/or relationship beliefs/behaviours and developing leadership skills and competences. Her clients include individuals and teams from the European Central Bank, Under Armour, ING Bank, Shell, Eastman Chemical, STERIS, Ortec Finance and Deloitte Consulting among others.
Her teaching portfolio includes leadership development programmes focussing on leadership from a coaching perspective and she incorporates neuroscience in her coaching and teaching portfolio. She is Lead Coach for the Erasmus Centre for Women and Organisations (ECWO), specialising in coaching women and devotes time to encouraging and empowering other coaches in their development. She is described as authentic, energetic and (com)passionate in all her engagements.
She is a Lifelong Ambassador and Past President of the Board of the International Coaching Federation in the Netherlands as well as a member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC). She enjoys music, walking in nature, nature photography, abstract art and reading in her free time.
