Saul Brown

Saul Brown is a consultant and educator with deep expertise across strategy, organisation and leadership. His unique value lies in helping organisations achieve high performance in both business and human domains concurrently as a source of competitive advantage.

Saul draws on his own leadership experience of more than twenty years with leading Australian and multi-national corporations in financial services, ICT, and professional services. He has been part of a successful ICT start-up and has held executive and board positions with corporate and not for profit organisations - usually in phases of launch, growth or significant change.

Saul’s thought leadership is based on extensive academic scholarship and global industry connections, applied in a way that is most practically relevant and impactful for the client. Saul is a graduate of and adjunct faculty member at the Australian Graduate School of Management UNSW where he has been recognised for excellence in the design and delivery of executive education programs. 

Saul has a BEc (USyd), double Masters Degrees in Business & Technology (UNSW) and Organisational Development & Coaching Psychology (USyd), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (Finsia), and is a graduate of the Adaptive Leadership Program at the Harvard Kennedy School. He has many years of coaching, group facilitation, teaching and consulting experience. Saul’s research on coaching, leadership and innovation has been published internationally.
