Gail Gazelle, MD, MCC

Dr. Gazelle is a former hospice physician, part-time Harvard Medical School Assistant Professor, and Master Certified Coach for physicians. She has coached over 600 physicians and physician leaders on leadership development, communication, teamwork, managing burnout, building charting efficiency, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.

Dr. Gazelle recognizes that problems in the current healthcare system leave many physicians in a vulnerable, no-win situation. She is passionate about helping physicians and physician leaders achieve the career and life satisfaction they desire.

Dr. Gazelle is the author of the 2023 Mindful MD. 6 Ways Mindfulness Restores Your Autonomy and Cures Healthcare Burnout and the 2020 Everyday Resilience. A Practical Guide to Build Inner Strength and Weather Life’s Challenges. She hosts the popular private Facebook group, Women in Medicine First.
