Jo Grover is a Board-Certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation and the Harvard Institute of Coaching. She is the first in the U.S. to offer Functional Imagery Training (FIT). With 15 years as a sought-after coach and cognitive therapist, Jo has worked with top leaders at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Olympic athletes, the KPMG organization, and C-Suite Executives for Citi and IBM.
Jo believes in building communities of change. She was a founding board member of the Miami branch of the Posse Foundation. As a teen, she started an environmental stewardship program in Freeport, NY.
Jo graduated with a B.A. in communications from Syracuse University and received her Master’s in social work from New York University. Her greatest strength is her ability to help her clients feel more calm, clear, and confident. Her 94-year-old father, a retired boat builder, taught her that a well-balanced boat encounters less resistance and can go further. To achieve this, she spends time with family, friends and enjoys time on, in, or around the water.
