Thomas Lim

Thomas Lim, Dean of the Centre for Systems Leadership at Singapore Institute of Management, is a Master Trainer in Systems Leader and Practitioner with over 30 years of experience driving transformational change across public and private sectors. He held senior positions in Singapore Government Statutory Boards and was most recently Deputy Chief at Sport Singapore. Thomas spearheaded organizational culture building and strategy execution over five years and has coached C-Suite leaders to integrate Systems Thinking into complex operating environments. Thomas was also Director of Market and Business Strategy with Gartner for Greater Asia and experienced in IT, Technology and Telecoms sectors.

Thomas graduated from the National University of Singapore and is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF). He is also a Specialist Adult Educator (IAL) with expertise in learning, wellness coaching, and applied human performance. He co-authored the PEARLS Coaching Framework, featured in “Think Coach Thrive!: Building Antifragility in Organisations Through Workplace Coaching”, and has published dozens of articles for Forbes.com as a Council Member. Thomas’s accolades include the Public Sector Transformation Award and recognitions for outstanding contributions across leadership, sales, and organizational development.
