Mojdeh Pourmahram is the Head of Coaching at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, a large law firm headquartered in New York City. After practicing corporate law for several years, she realized she was more interested in the people around her than the legal work. She followed that interest and moved into learning and development and eventually, coaching. Mojdeh helped build  the coaching program at her firm and in 2022, became the firm's first full-time internal coach.

Mojdeh is an ICF-certified coach and member of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches. She also co-chairs Forefront, an annual program that helps accelerate the development of the next-generation of leaders in coaching and talent development. Mojdeh holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from The University of Texas.
