Christine A. Scordato
For almost 30 years, Christine’s passion has been working with leaders, senior executives and high potentials to grow their impact. She focuses on working with organizations and individuals to develop powerful visions, build collaborative relationships, lead high performing teams and to create, execute and achieve business objectives aligned with organizational strategy. Christine is also a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching at Harvard and serves as a Strategy Advisor for them as well.
Prior to founding Crescente Advisors, Christine lead the team of human resources professionals for the investors at Wellington Management. Embedded within the leadership team, she led cross-functional business teams to define strategy and then coached leaders and the leadership team to execute thto teams to Christine worked at Putnam Investments in a number of roles, including head of Learning and Development, lead business partner for the investment function, and developer of both the early career investment programs and diversity and inclusion efforts. She began her career as a researcher and program manager at consulting firm Catalyst and The Japan Foundation.
After graduating cum laude from Smith College, Christine earned her master’s degree at Harvard University. She is certified as an executive coach through Columbia University and a systemic team coach through the London-based Academy of Executive Coaching. An avid gardener, traveler, student of cultures, and collector of intriguing people, Christine (and her husband, Sean Gallagher), always save a seat at their dinner table for friends—old and new.
