Teresa Ramos
Teresa Ramos is an Innovation Mentor at Stanford University UIF, Mentor & Trainer at the UN, a Business Transformation Consultant and Agile & Scrum Trainer, as well as an Executive Coach, keynote speaker and author.
She believes that finding the right answers is not enough. It starts with finding the right questions. She help leaders create a positive impact by asking the right questions, of themselves and of others and works with them to find the answers, understanding the why, the how and the what. This leads to them taking effective action, also for themselves and for others.
The tools she brings to the table are her vast experience (commercial, start-up and academic) and her deep knowledge (technology and digital transformation, coaching and leadership, innovation and neuroscience, project management and agile methodologies).
She has worked in the technology, digital and business transformation areas, leading international teams in top global companies (British Telecom, O2, Vodafone, Siemens Group, Telefónica) and with some of the world leaders in education (Harvard University, Stanford University, Oxford University Saïd Business School, Cambridge University Judge Business School).
Her areas of expertise include agile methodologies, scrum (trained by Jeff Sutherland, founder of Agile and scrum), digital leadership, high performance teams, innovation, change management and leadership and executive coaching.
