Co-founder and Master Trainer of Thrive Consulting, Henry is a certified coach with the nternational Coaching Federation and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from the Workforce Development Authority (WDA) in Singapore.

Henry co-created the PEARLS Coaching Framework. He has authored several award-winning books. His recent book “Think to Thrive, Re-engineering Your Mind For Growth” was awarded The Golden Door Awards – REX Karmaveer Medal in Jan 2020. He co- authored another book “Think Coach Thrive!: Building Antifragility in organisations Through Workplace Coaching,“ (2022).

Henry has trained organizations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, the Philippines, China and Cambodia. He is one of only four globally appointed Master Trainers by Prof Tony Buzan and also Affiliate Director of the Institute for the Habits of Mind. He is certified to deliver international programs including ThinkBuzan’s Mind Map and GRASP courses, Memory, Speed Reading, Creativity, Habits of Mind, Multiple Intelligences Developmental Assessment Scales and Guerrilla Marketing.
