As a coach, Guila utilizes theater techniques, such as situational intelligence. She defines this concept as similar to improvisational intelligence. It helps individuals build resilience to the unexpected by practicing how to navigate various scenarios. The SPIRE model encompasses, wellbeing from 5 places: spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, and emotional. Guila details how she helps clients navigate self-assessment in these areas and potential additional guidance they may need in areas, depending on their functioning.
