This episode of Coaching Revealed features David Bishop, Eileen Coskey Fraccia, Eric Kaufmann, and Pam Marcheski, four IOC fellow coaches with extensive careers in the coaching industry and cohosts of the IOC’s 2023 San Diego Retreat. The four are interviewed by IOC Executive Director Jeff Hull as we discover the history of their coaching careers.

We learn how David, Eileen, Eric, and Pam discover coaching, coming from a variety of industries ranging from entertainment to retail, and we learn from our guests what goes into being a successful coach, and establishing oneself and creating communities one can learn and grow from. To close out the episode, we hear from our four guests about what makes for successful coaching relationship, and subsequently, a coaching career.
