Join us for our discussion group "AI and Our Coaching Practices" – a collaborative forum where coaches can elevate their understanding of applications of AI in our own coaching work. The power of human connection and presence remains irreplaceable in coaching. At the same time, artificial intelligence is advancing rapidly and can be an invaluable tool to us as we manage our own practices. Come prepared to share your best practices, lessons learned, and challenges where you'd welcome peer input as we navigate this evolving landscape together.

Each discussion will presume a baseline level of knowledge of AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, etc. Building on the foundation of the IOC's recent technology events, we'll explore practical applications rather than AI 101 concepts. This facilitated but participant-led discussion creates space for coaches to collaborate on sharing our experience and strategies that balance leveraging AI's capabilities with our coaching superpower of human intelligence. If you have a particular topic you'd like to share, please email our facilitator, Christine Scordato, at [email protected]  Let's collectively shape how we can enhance our coaching effectiveness while preserving the authentic human connection that defines our profession.
