January and February Featured Book: Noise: A Flaw in Human Judgment by Daniel Kahneman

Noise is variability in judgments that should be identical. In this book, the authors explain the detrimental effects of noise in many fields and illuminate how many individuals and organization are unaware of it. The book showcases why humans are susceptible to noise in judgment and how to reduce noise and bias to make better decisions.

The IOC Invites you to join our new Book Club, which will meet once a month on the first Monday of every month. We will spend two meetings per book, one for a review of the major themes and the other for specialized topic dives related to your coaching practice.
