Exploring the art and science of Leading and Coaching in a rapidly evolving world.
Join us for an insightful panel discussion hosted by Jeff Hull, Executive Director (IOC).
The panel discussion will draw from a collaborative project by valued members of the IOC, which culminated in an “eHandbook for Leading and Coaching” – a practical and curated guide offered as a service for busy leaders and coaches.
This engaging session is the culmination of a four-year co-learning journey of 45 seasoned coaches and leaders from across the world who came together to explore the frontiers of leadership and coaching. Their work was deeply inspired by their late colleague, John Lazar, whose guiding mantra echoed throughout the journey: “Better and Better, Together!”
In this session, you will learn how to:
- Apply integrated leadership frameworks that help clients respond effectively to complex, evolving challenges.
- Coach with influence and intention, aligning strengths-based competencies with stakeholder needs.
- Empower others as Leader-Coaches, while continuing to grow your own leadership and coaching practice.
Whether you are guiding teams or individuals, this session will help you build your influence as a Coach-Leader, introduce context-centered tools, and ‘pay it forward’ in service of others—all while investing in your own ongoing growth.
