1. Strategies you have found effective in coaching healthcare professionals and leaders to navigate the challenge of workplace conflict and be their best and most effective despite what divides them.
2. Strategies to sustain and enrich yourselves during this time.

To enhance the discussion, we'll use breakout rooms to capture the group's insights, and then report out to the group as a whole.
