Topic: Mitigating Bias in Coaching

As humans, we coaches are not immune to bias - explicit and implicit. In this session, Dr. Tonya Caylor, family physician and coach, will provide a framework used in other areas of medicine to offer us a jumping-off place to discuss how we may become more aware of our biases to keep them from interfering with our coaching relationships with our clients.
