How do we know what we do in coaching is actually working? Coaching is often presented as a primary tool for the transformative process, but there is a research and practice gap in measuring the efficacy of coaching. This series aims to provide a brief and highly implementable framework for measuring efficacy that coaching practitioners can apply to their own practice and evaluation.

At the Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare Conference offered by Harvard Medical School, thought leaders from around the world share cutting edge coaching science and practice. In addition to keynotes, the conference offers six tracks in two days with focus areas on Leadership, Positive Psychology, Health & Wellness, Advanced Practice, Research Symposium and Special Topics.

In our Leadership Forum series, we offer our Fellows intimate conversations with CEOs and Business Leaders from diverse industries. These events are exclusive to Fellows and provide attendees with the opportunity to learn firsthand what short and long term challenges business leaders and organizations are facing.

In our webinars, members get to experience "the Conference that Never Ends." Our community of coaches get to interact directly with our Conference faculty who share even more of their thinking and expertise. These complement our Web MasterClasses that allow you to take your practice to the next level.
