The coronavirus pandemic has been very demanding for healthcare professionals, working directly in COVID-19 treatment, as well as in other specialties. Many hospitals and practitioners are establishing programs and working with external and internal coaches to offer coaching during the acute phase of the pandemic. They are also are considering approaches for coaching in the months following that phase, when the impact will be processed by the health professionals and the situation will be uncertain. The panel will bring together programs and professionals who will highlight best practices in coaching healthcare providers, and discuss the specific aspects of coaching in the current epidemiological situation.
