AI in the Realm of Coaching

The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) is making in-roads into many spheres of life, including the realm of coaching. Coaching chatbots, apps and platforms are mushrooming all around us, invoking all sorts of questions and emotions for coaches, and one fact stands out clearly - we don't have the option to simply ignore it. In order to remain relevant, increase our positive impact and protect the future of the profession, coaches must engage with the topic of technology and AI.

There is a lot of hype and confusion around the potential and capabilities of AI in coaching:

  • Will AI replace human coaches for standard coaching topics?
  • Will it assist human coaches augment their work and enhance their coaching practice?
  • How does AI impact the future of coaching?

In this round table we will develop a grounded understanding of the capabilities of the emerging technology, offer a chance to experiment, and facilitate an expansive dialogue about the trajectory of the profession.
