This month, we will explore: The journey from Impetuous Founder into Visionary Leader.

In this roundtable we'll explore:

• What are the symptoms that Founder CEOs of high-growth companies are not coping with the extreme pressure of their roles?
• How can we foster a safe space of reflection and alignment with their priorities? Or is it that only a crisis can stop them?
• How to translate our findings into coaching work with clients?

These monthly Zoom events are an opportunity for coaches to create connections with each other and are hosted by the Institute of Coaching EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Area Roundtable.
