Scaling Coaching: The Impact on Coaches, Clients, and Consistent Efficacy

Please join Eileen Coskey Fracchia, IOC: Strategic Advisor, Thought Leader & West Coast Roundtable Host, and the host committee, Dana Mayhew, Jeanne Smith and Paola Alvarez for our 21st West Coast Roundtable (virtual), Thursday, March 16, 2022, 8:00 am – 10:00 am PST.

Our topic is centered around Scaling Coaching: The Impact on Coaches, Clients, and Consistent Efficacy. The past few years have been a time of continuous transition in the coaching industry. With coaching becoming more recognized as a ‘must have’ and no longer a ‘nice to have’, organizations are looking for scalable solutions with coaching.

As a Roundtable community, we will connect around understanding the impact ‘traditional’ coaching has on executives skills and/or performance, periods of organizational change, and how the various new coaching modalities effect our practices. (i.e., Artificial Intelligence, coach quality assurance with large scale benches of talent, etc.)

We will also breakout in small groups to share real time examples of how AI and other modalities play a role and/or effect our coaching profession, as well as tips, tools and resources to use in 2023 and beyond.

Information for pre-reading articles/thinking will be sent out to all registrants the week of our Roundtable conversation.

Roundtable meetings promise:

• A marketing-free, inclusive, and peer-based learning space for coaches to learn about and share new coaching concepts and research.
• A community of coaching professionals to provide peer coaching and support for developing the “growing edge” of our respective capabilities.
• Ways to apply the resources available through the IOC to real coaching situations through case consultation and group seminars.

The format is a series of three to four 2-hour events over the course of the year. Each session includes a topic facilitated by an IOC member, discussion of practice and application with that topic, along with case consultation and peer coaching depending on the topic and needs of the group.

Eileen  is currently working with multiple clients, across business sectors nationally and globally. She and her partners are working on programs focused on integrating tested coaching and leadership philosophies with diversity and inclusion practices to bring about positive societal and cultural change.

Beyond her work as an executive coach, business consultant, community builder, and renowned speaker, Eileen is a Founding Fellow, Thought Leader, Strategic Advisor, and Roundtable Leader of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), at McLean, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate.   She and her husband Don are proud parents of their 3 adult children, and live in Los Angeles, California.
