The speed, complexity, and volume of change continues to increase. People leaders are called upon to do more and more, often at the expense of assessing, challenging, and supporting their team members. Join Dr. Carol Kauffman of the Institute of Coaching and Dr. John Bennett, author of The Manager’s Guide to Coaching for Change, in a conversation about how managerial coaching is a growing wave of coaching applications. They will discuss the need for developing talent to enhance performance in organizations, and the critical role leaders play. They will also discuss how leaders can apply coaching in their day-to-day work and the benefits of coaching. Further, they will explore ways professional coaches can support leaders to apply a coaching mind-set and skill-set to help team members develop, perform, and transform.
