In this session IOC Executive Director, Jeffrey Hull, will be connecting with Prof Jonathan Passmore, psychologist, author, research and executive coach to talk about his recent work around health and wellbeing coaching, including his new book: 'The Health & Wellbeing Coaches Handbook’, published by Routledge and part of the Coaches' Handbook series. The session will explore the line between clinical practice and coaching, how coaches can and should refer clients and how coaches can use evidenced based approaches including positive psychology, ACT,  Motivational Interviewing and similar approaches to help clients develop positive habits and attitudes to enhance their wellbeing.

Jonathan is Senior Vice President and Professor of Coaching and Behavioral Change at EZRA Coaching; and a professor at Henley Business School, as well as a global thought leader in behavioral change, listed in the Thinkers 50 and Global Gurus lists. He is a chartered psychologist, holds five degrees including an MBA and doctorate in psychology.
