As Asia continues to evolve as a globally interconnected, economically active region, leaders and teams have to operate in increasingly complex, multicultural environments. Coaching in such contexts demands approaches that reflect the diverse cultural realities faced by practitioners on the ground.
This discussion group aims to offer a dedicated space for members to engage in meaningful, practice-informed dialogue on coaching across cultures in Asia. Our focus is on shared learning and knowledge co-creation.
Topic: Coaching with a Twist: Improv for Coaches
Brainstorming? Innovating? Imagining? Ideating?
This monthly discussion group will explore increasing creativity in our practices and enhancing our clients' dreams and imaginations. Frequent guest speakers will facilitate our discussions and enliven our conversations. We seek to provide support, information and encouragement for our own and others' creative pursuits!
This discussion group is designed to offer coaches who identify as black women an opportunity to feel open and vulnerable in sharing experiences and challenges among a community of coaches with the collective intention to support one another. This group serves as a safe space for black women coaches across the globe and at all levels of experience to explore challenges, wins, and strategies for growth as they relate to the unique intersectional journey of being a black woman in this profession.
All are welcome to attend.
In our monthly Health and Wellbeing Discussion Group, we will explore the ebb and flow of body and mind. We’ll address the many forms of wellbeing — physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual. We will investigate how to support ourselves and our clients in directing psychosomatic and somatopsychic responses away from languishing and toward flourishing. Join us for some rich dialogue!
