As Asia continues to evolve as a globally interconnected, economically active region, leaders and teams have to operate in increasingly complex, multicultural environments. Coaching in such contexts demands approaches that reflect the diverse cultural realities faced by practitioners on the ground.
This discussion group aims to offer a dedicated space for members to engage in meaningful, practice-informed dialogue on coaching across cultures in Asia. Our focus is on shared learning and knowledge co-creation.
Parents live and parent in an eco-system inundated, and sometimes driven by, technological demands, priorities, and decisions. The virtual world impacts children and teens on every level while parents scramble, often stressed and overwhelmed, to make the best choices for their child’s optimal development.
Each Friday, members of our Professional Fellow and Full Member community meet to collaborate and discuss various coaching topics and resources. Our weekly group connects coaches from across the globe and meets at 7:30am EST. Every other Friday the group will provide the opportunity for a fellow member to present. This could include presenting a topic, coaching model, professional work, client case, or asking the group a question for discussion etc. On the other weeks, the zoom session will be open for members to have an open conversation. In our monthly Health and Wellbeing Discussion Group, we will explore the ebb and flow of body and mind. We’ll address the many forms of wellbeing — physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual.
