Viswanath, Vish
Despite major advances in the science of positive health and well-being, the dominant discourse in the public arena and in the industry has been to focus on physical and mental health as distinct areas of health promotion and interventions. Yet both are closely inter-related and, an integrated approach to health and well-being is considered more effective. This talk will focus on positive health science, its determinants and the need for translation to influence policy and practice. Coaches can apply the emerging science in coaching conversations and programs now, and help accelerate mindset transformation in healthcare and beyond.
