The application of AI in Coaching is now a reality. To avoid another “Wild West” of coaching that we witnessed decades ago when human coaching first took off, it is imperative that high quality research is conducted to understand the nature, application and efficacy of AI in Coaching. In this session, Prof Terblanche will provide a high level overview of the current state of research about AI in Coaching.
