About the presenter:
Sunny has played a leading role in building the emerging profession of coaching, and works with executive leaders and their teams in the UK and Europe, USA, Africa, Australia and China. She coaches at senior executive and board level, and lectures and is a research supervisor at the University of Stellenbosch School of Business, and the South African College of Applied Psychology in Cape Town. With 25 years’ experience as an executive coach, and 20 previous years’ experience working in the corporate world, she is a Founding Fellow and Research Mentor at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, (a Harvard Medical School Affiliate), and Founding President of Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA).
