Today we feature a study of team coaching where 36 team coaches in Australia and New Zealand were interviewed on their techniques, experiences and insights. The study is reported in an article by authors Paul Lawrence and Ann Whyte (Sydney, Australia) titled: What do experienced coaches do? This research dose builds on our January 2019 coaching report on team coaching.

Humans have organized in groups and teams to accomplish common goals for a very long time. Organizations, as teams of teams, depend upon high quality collaboration and teamwork for organizational success.
