As a highly regarded coach, consultant, educator, author and presenter, Dr. Alan Graham has over three decades of experience helping CEOs, senior leaders and organizations navigate challenges and gain the perspective and tools they need to manage the strategic and unique business issues faced by senior executive leadership. Uniquely trained in business, education and psychology, Alan has a track record that focuses on achieving tangible bottom-line results through strengthening leadership abilities, personal effectiveness and influence. He utilizes formal and informal assessments to formulate and drive solutions that serve to support the ability of executives, their teams and organizations to derive maximum benefit. He has devoted his career to helping these organizations, its leaders and its employees, tap into their existing strengths to work more effectively and to develop new skills to achieve greater success.

An internationally recognized expert in ADHD, Alan has helped many leaders, including those in the C-Suite, become more productive and effective. Alan has taught courses in assessment and coaching at the graduate and undergraduate level. He serves as a representative and, for 15 years, had been the chair of the steering committee for the American Psychological Association's Psychology in the Workplace Network (PWN), an organization that coordinates the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Program. Alan is also a Founding Fellow of the Harvard Institute of Coaching Professional Association.

With Karlin Sloan, Alan has co-authored a book, Lemonade: The Leader's Guide to Resilience at Work (2012) and has created the Resilience at Work Assessment (RAW-A), an assessment that has been taken by over 2000 leaders around the world. Alan's experience has included assessing, coaching and consulting with business leaders, executives, and organizations in a variety of settings. His clients include CEOs, C-Suite leaders and vice presidents in many large and small organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, W. Wrigley & Co., Leo Burnett, Abbott Labs, PNC, Zebra Technologies, Exelon, Ounce of Prevention, Methodist Youth Services, Vanguard, Owens-Illinois and LaSalle Network.

To follow up on his expertise in the area of ADHD Coaching, he edited the book, The Guide to ADHD Coaching: How to Find an ADHD Coach and What to Do When You Get One (2018).
