I was credentialed in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University,Victoria. I have education in developmental, applied psychology and theology, which has allowed me at different periods;to develop beneficial programs,designed for babies and young children with developmental delays and to work in business and non-profits, government and as a member of faculty in Graduate education.This experience has resulted in general practice coaching, as I have continued to study and broaden my understanding of coaching and change theories, in my attempt to be supportive to my clients,both women and men, youth and older persons. May I say, that it's delightful, to coach people who want to their lives to flourish, get unstuck in life and/or restore relationships at work or in family. My work with non profits, church organizations, small business, and with adult education, draws on Appreciative Inquiry modality/ Intentional Change Theory, with Positive Psychology Thinking.I am an experienced mentor and can provide this service within my coaching services.
