Ann is an Executive Consultant who has spent over 20 years working with a broad range of executives and senior managers. Her work focuses on assessment for executive selection and/or development, organizational restructuring and downsizing, as well as executive coaching, succession planning, executive integration, senior team development, and implementation of organizational change. Coaching assignments have ranged from short-term, with emphasis upon specific skill acquisition, to long-term trusted advisor process consultation. She has worked with major manufacturing clients, including DOD contractors, aerospace manufacturers, and other highly regulated industrial companies, as well as highly specialized chemical manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, financial services organizations, credit unions, major retailers, media and other national and multi-national organizations. She has also worked extensively with energy companies, public utilities and power generators, particularly nuclear and fossil generation facilities and their corporate owners.
Ann received her Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University, followed by her Master’s and Ph.D. from the University of North Texas in Counseling Psychology.
