Ann brings deep experience as a coach and management consultant, specializing in the areas of executive coaching, large-scale organizational transformation, culture assessment and development, human capital, leadership and team development. She has over 20 years of experience, both as an external consultant and an entrepreneur. Ann partners with leaders to optimize their talents and skills to enable their own and others’ success. Her coaching approach is values-based and emphasizes the whole person within the context of their career path. Ann’s coaching engagements most often focus on working with leaders to become more confident and self-aware in order to play a bigger role within their organization. Her purpose is to help people build and leverage their core strengths and key relationships, put better structures and processes in place, and devise practical strategies to accelerate the development of their people. Prior to starting TRUDelta Consulting, LLC, Ann spent seven years with EY as part of their People and Organizational Change practice.Major areas of focus included: executive coaching, strategic organizational transformation, including shared services implementation, enterprise-wide resource planning e.g. ERP, knowledge management, culture assessment and development, organizational design and alignment, and leadership development. Ann has consulted to Fortune 500 companies, non- profit and government-regulated organizations in a wide range of industries, in the US and abroad.
