I have been coaching people for 15 years and empower them by providing tools to help them lead with confidence in multicultural environments. I help my clients go through life and career transitions while taking care of their health and well-being to reach their full potential.

I graduated from the school of Pharmacy in Paris and worked in the pharmaceutical industry and other related fields as a global manager and executive for 20 years. Then I became a certified life coach, got trained as a certified nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition PN1), exercise specialist and health coach (ISSA) to provide holistic and integrative lifestyle coaching.

 I have been living abroad for 30 years: Japan   USA, Russia   Europe (France, Belgium, UK, Germany). Like  mixed-martial arts, Nordic Walking. I am a PADI Rescue Diver. I like painting and drawing for relaxation and meditation
