As an executive-level leadership coach to nonprofit and philanthropic CEOs and executive directors, I help social change leaders turn their attention to themselves so that they can do more good in the world.

I know first-hand the challenges nonprofit leaders face. I spent nearly 25 years leading in mission-driven organizations, including almost 10 years as the CEO of BoardSource, a globally-recognized nonprofit focused on nonprofit leadership. It was exciting, purposeful work that gave me the opportunity to learn from and engage with thousands of nonprofit leaders from across the country and around the globe.

I bring my experience and insights as a nonprofit CEO to my work as a leadership coach. I serve as a safe and confidential resource and thought partner to my clients as they work through challenging situations, explore new ideas, and manage themselves and their own leadership. And I help leaders tap into new insight and cultivate practices that help them find balance, joy, and fulfillment in their roles as mission-driven leaders.
