Annemarie has a 30+ years successful track record of developing leaders, teams and individual contributors around the globe. She works with senior and top executives to develop a high impact leadership style and/or to successfully transition from mid to senior level leadership roles. She helps her clients to address personal shifts needed to realize their purpose in work and life. Her style is open, direct, warm, with humour, practical and inviting depth.  

She is a coaching pioneer – started working in this field before the term actually existed. She has coached hundreds of people from all levels in organizations to achieve all kinds of goals. Added to that she works as a trainer and facilitator. She developed and delivered many in-company trainings on a wide range of topics. In her approach she customizes concepts from psychology, neuroscience, HR to what the specific group needs in the moment. 

She is a Master Certified Coach with the ICF and a Master Practitioner with the EMCC.

As co-founder and partner of CoachingSchool Amsterdam, Annemarie leverages her experience as coach, mentor and trainer in providing in-company ICF accredited coachtraining for leaders and internal coaches – thus contributing to the development of a coaching culture in organizations.
