I am a certified coach (PCC, CPCC, Marshall Goldsmith) and trainer specializing in leadership and career management; my goal is to develop individuals and organizations to create a more inclusive, effective and fulfilling workplace for all.
I use my 20 years of experience and passion for coaching and training to inspire positive change in organizations. Prior to focusing on personal development and leadership as a profession, I worked in a variety of multi-national companies, primarily in marketing and management roles.
I was born and raised in France, but have been fortunate to work and live in Asia, Europe and North America (USA and Canada).
My philosophy
In my coaching, I am passionate about developing and supporting managers and executives to become more effective team leaders and achieve their personal and professional goals. I help my clients become self-aware and make clear decisions. Working with you, I will help you clarify your developmental purpose, identify personal barriers or limitations, and develop a plan to achieve your goals. I will encourage you to build on your strengths while taking an honest look at your weaknesses.
