Atul Uchil describes himself as a husband, father and world-traveler.  Atul and his wife Patricia (a well-known artist) call Virginia Beach home and are proud parents of two adult children and two grandchildren.  After 29 years in the corporate world, Atul decided to devote the rest of his life to helping others achieve their full potential through targeted motivation programs.  Atul is the creator of the Bravo Motivation┬« system.  Atul specializes in the use of motivational techniques for executive development, strategic planning, decision analysis, and leadership training.

Professionally, Atul is an entrepreneur, business-owner and award winning author embodying almost three decades of management and consulting experience.  Atul has a proven track record of building and growing professional service organizations and demonstrated career success directing complex, multi-million dollar consulting engagements for government and commercial clients.  Prior to founding The Uchil Group and Uchil, LLC in 2004, Atul spent over nineteen successful years in a variety of senior management roles for several large multinational corporations.  In addition to his PhD, he also holds an MBA, and BSEE.  Atul currently serves on the Board of Directors for the VHBC Corporation.  Atul served on the board of Directors for Young Ladies of Tomorrow, Inc. a DC based non-profit organization from 2004 thru 2008.  He also served on the Board of Advisors for The Data Research Group, Inc., a Northern Virginia based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business from 2004-2007.

Atul has published seven books and is currently working in his eighth.
