Mrs. Tremblay is an executive coach with over 15 years of experience in helping people and organizations to attain maximum effectiveness. Her background includes working with CEOs, senior managers, and board of directors from small private companies to multi-billion dollar publicly traded organizations.

Mrs. Tremblay’s corporate background includes senior and executive positions in small to large business based in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. In addition to being well-known, she is experienced in human resource business challenges like mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, strategic planning, continuous improvement and communications. She has also served as the Director of HR for many organizations facing huge financial challenges and the need and the urgency for innovation. She was an important player in people transformations, business culture, and keeping up mobilization for management behaviors required for facing challenges with agility and success.

As an executive coach, Mrs. Tremblay works with CEOs, senior level executives, and department managers. Her practical business background as an executive dealing with the complex challenges of running a successful business are blended with her extensive experience as an executive coach. Her clients include mature large multisite organizations that have a well-defined market share to start-up firms, where rapid changes and fierce competition is a constant struggle.

Mrs. Tremblay holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Relations, from Laval University, and a coaching training program from the Coaches Training Institute in California, USA. She continually reads on leadership development and participates in many conferences and trainings like Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare of Institute of Coaching for the last 2 years.
